Golf Rules
 Sign
up in the Clubhouse before playing.
USGA rules
govern all play unless other wise specified.
Play
tee according to handicap.
Preferred lies in
own fairway and free lifts off all roads and cartpaths, no closer
to hole.
White stakes mark
all out-of-bounds.
Red stakes mark
all lateral water.
Ball within two
club lengths of green, pipes, cartpaths, tees or fences may be
dropped no closer to the hole.
Yard markers to
center of green.
Pull and gas
carts must stay outside lines.
Let faster
players through - each player must have a bag and clubs.
Out
of bounds: Road on #1, Fence on #5, over green #7, right
#12, right #15, left and over #16.
Parking lot: Free drop in drop circle.
White circles are
ground under repair. Free drop (relief and up to one club
length) no closer to the hole.
Free drops
(relief and up to one club length) from sprinkler heads, control
panels, bells, yardage markers, rocks in fairway, cart paths, all
obvious tire ruts.
Free drops from
all tree roots, fences, screens, bridges and club house (includes
line of sight) relief and up to one club length, use drop
circles when available.
Right of rock
cart path on #1 near green is not line of sight relief, relief
only if rocks interfere with stance or swing (relief and up to one
club length.
Hazards, hole #'s
2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17,18.
Yardage other
than 150's may be found on most sprinkler heads.
Keep carts 40
feet from greens.
Club Rules
Fence at #5 is
out of bounds marker, however in any Naples event that is not
sanctioned by the USGA or the MSGA a local rule shall apply; you
may take a relief and up to two club lengths if the fence
interferes with your stance or swing. You must be in bounds
to get relief.
Ring Bells on
Holes #3, 4, 5, 10 & 17!!!
No
beer coolers - shirts and shoes must be worn.
Must be 8 years
or older to be on course.
No fivesomes
without permission.
Rake traps,
repair divots and ball marks on greens.
Club Event/Tournament
Rules
Club tournament Tees: Red for Ladies, Blue for men
(Handicaps will be adjusted if based on another Tee).
All Events are 18
holes unless notified.
Allowed to play 9
holes at a time.
Ties will be
decided from 1st hole (gross & net).
Pro Shop must be
told when playing event.
Event will be
extended for cause (see Pro Shop for length).
